> Revenue increased 4.9% to €2.737 billion for the period ended Sept. 30. Operational growth was 8.1% in constant currencies, excluding tariff compensation to customers.

Sartorius AG maintained its full-year 2026 forecast after revenue reached €2.737 billion for the first nine months, with operational growth stronger when measured in constant currencies and excluding tariff compensation.

Underlying earnings per ordinary share were €3.76 for Jan. 1-Sept. 30, up from €3.52 a year earlier. Sartorius’ measure divides underlying net profit by the weighted-average number of ordinary shares. That profit measure adjusts for extraordinary items and amortization and uses normalized financial and tax figures. On a basic and diluted basis, ordinary-share earnings came to €2.72, versus €1.80 in the year-earlier period.

Reported revenue growth was 4.9%, while operational growth was 8.1% in constant currencies, excluding U.S. tariff compensation to customers. Those payments totaled about €31 million through September.

Underlying EBITDA totaled €828 million, 6.9% higher. Its margin advanced by half a percentage point to 30.2%. Underlying net profit was €260 million, compared with €244 million.

“Customer activity continues to be robust,” Sartorius CEO Dr. Michael Grosse said.

For 2026, Sartorius projects operational revenue growth of 5% to 9% in constant currencies, with the result near the midpoint before tariff effects. With tariffs counted, the forecast places growth in the lower part of that range. The company also expects its underlying EBITDA margin to finish slightly above 30%.
