NVR, Inc. posted lower third-quarter 2026 earnings and revenue, with sales at $2.40 billion and net income at $248.6 million, both below year-earlier levels.

Diluted earnings per share were $89.45. Net income fell from $342.7 million a year earlier, while revenue decreased from $2.61 billion.

Homebuilding revenue declined 8% to $2.35 billion. The segment’s gross profit margin was 18.3%, compared with 21% in the third quarter of 2025.
