> Net interest income reached $179.1 million, with the quarter reflecting the full-period impact of the Heritage acquisition.

CVB Financial’s net earnings climbed to $78.1 million for the three months ended Sept. 30, while revenue reached $195.56 million as the company recorded a full quarter of results following its Heritage acquisition.

Net earnings were $52.6 million in the same quarter last year. Diluted earnings per share rose to $0.44 from $0.38. Revenue was $128.58 million a year earlier and $179.43 million in the second quarter of 2026.

Net interest income totaled $179.1 million, compared with $115.6 million in the year-earlier quarter. The increase largely reflected the full-quarter impact of the Heritage acquisition, which closed April 17, 2026. The tax-equivalent net interest margin was 3.89%, versus 3.33% a year earlier and 3.72% in the second quarter.

Acquisition-related expenses were $8.14 million, down from $31.4 million in the second quarter. CVB Financial is the holding company for Citizens Business Bank, National Association.

CEO David Brager called the quarter the company’s “198th consecutive quarter of profitability.”
