> Third-quarter core EPS rose 28.1% to $2.05, while CBRE kept its 2026 outlook at $7.80 to $7.90.

CBRE sees a path to 15% core earnings-per-share growth in 2027, with infrastructure services expected to support gains as slower growth in real estate capital-markets businesses tempers expansion elsewhere.

The 15% figure is a growth path, not a stated dollar-per-share target. CBRE also kept its 2026 core EPS outlook at $7.80 to $7.90, a range that represents 23% growth at the midpoint.

Third-quarter core EPS increased 28.1% from a year earlier to $2.05. Revenue rose 12.7% to $11.517 billion. Chief Financial Officer Emma Giamartino said on the Oct. 22 earnings call, “We continue to see a path to 15% core EPS growth in 2027.”

On a local-currency basis, third-quarter revenue in CBRE’s Critical Infrastructure Services business was 80% higher than a year earlier. Across the broader infrastructure-services business, revenue totaled $4.5 billion for the 12 months ended Sept. 30, up 50% from the previous year. That trailing 12-month figure is separate from the nearly $4.5 billion CBRE targets for Critical Infrastructure Services in 2027.

CBRE’s 2027 target is nearly $7 billion in infrastructure-services revenue. CBRE projects that Critical Infrastructure Services will contribute nearly $4.5 billion, with almost $2.5 billion coming chiefly from Project Management and Advisory. The estimate excludes periodic data center land sales and may include additional acquisitions.

The target includes expected revenue from Onnec, whose acquisition CBRE announced Oct. 20. The deal is expected to close near the end of 2026. CBRE had outlined the infrastructure target in its [Onnec expansion plan](<https://www.tokenpost.com/news/business/36408>).
