South Atlantic Bancshares, Inc. posted third-quarter GAAP earnings per share of $0.67, beating estimates by $0.05, as revenue advanced 9.2% from a year earlier to $17.87 million.

Net income for the nine months ended Sept. 30, 2026, totaled $14.4 million. That was $3 million, or 26.7%, higher than in the same period a year earlier.
