Murphy USA's board declared a $0.72 quarterly dividend per share, an 11% increase from its third-quarter 2026 payout, lifting the annualized rate to $2.88.

The board declared the dividend Oct. 22. Shareholders of record Nov. 4 are scheduled to receive the payment Dec. 1.

Murphy USA operates more than 1,800 gasoline and convenience stores in 27 states.
