The J.M. Smucker Co. board approved a $1.12 dividend for each common share on Oct. 22, setting Dec. 1 as the payment date. Shareholders must be on record at the close of business Nov. 13 to qualify.

The payment keeps the quarterly rate established in July. On July 17, the board raised the dividend from $1.10 to $1.12 per share, a 2% increase. That increase extended the company’s run of fiscal years with dividend growth to 25.
