> Core operations revenue rose 7.3% in the third quarter, while adjusted diluted earnings per share increased 21.9% to $2.73.

Omnicom reaffirmed its 2026 organic core revenue growth forecast at about 5% and maintained a $900 million synergy goal, keeping its post-acquisition integration targets in view.

Omnicom Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Philip Angelastro gave the growth outlook on an Oct. 22 earnings call. The forecast holds to a target raised in July from a range of 4% to 4.5%. Organic growth across the first nine months of 2026 was 5.8%; core operations revenue grew 7.2% organically in the third quarter.

For the quarter ended Sept. 30, core operations revenue totaled $6.0107 billion, up 7.3% from $5.6033 billion on a combined basis for Omnicom and The Interpublic Group of Companies (IPG) in the year-earlier period. Omnicom completed its acquisition of IPG on Nov. 26, 2025. The core operations measure excludes businesses Omnicom has sold or classified as held for sale.

Total reported revenue was $6.4228 billion, compared with $6.5311 billion on a combined basis a year earlier. Those totals cover a broader set of businesses than core operations, which excludes disposed or sale-bound units.

Adjusted earnings before interest, taxes and amortization from core operations rose 21.1%, or $191.1 million, to $1.0962 billion. The adjusted margin was 18.2%, up from 16.2% a year earlier. Adjusted diluted earnings per share increased 21.9% to $2.73 from $2.24.

Omnicom Chairman and CEO John Wren said the company was “on track to deliver $900 million in cost-reduction synergies in 2026.” Angelastro said the company expects 75% to 85% of those savings to reach its bottom line.
