Primis Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: FRST) posted $49.2 million in third-quarter 2026 revenue, up 20% year over year, while GAAP earnings per share missed estimates by $0.10.

Revenue was $13.92 million above estimates. GAAP EPS was $0.35.

Core Bank loans ended Sept. 30 slightly above $2 billion, an 11% annualized increase from June 30.
