Rithm Capital posted $315.3 million in third-quarter earnings available for distribution, or $0.55 per diluted common share, for the quarter ended Sept. 30, with revenue rising from the prior quarter.

Earnings available for distribution is a non-GAAP measure. GAAP net income was $217.1 million, or $0.38 per diluted common share.

Revenue totaled $1.756 billion for the three months ended Sept. 30, compared with $1.282 billion for the three months ended June 30.

“Rithm’s strong third quarter results reflect disciplined execution across every part of our platform,” CEO Michael Nierenberg said.
