# Tompkins Financial Sets $0.74 Quarterly Dividend for Nov. 13

Tompkins Financial Corporation's board approved a $0.74 quarterly cash dividend Oct. 22, with payment set for Nov. 13 to common shareholders on record Nov. 6.

The payout is $0.04, or 5.7%, above the $0.70 dividend paid in August. President and CEO Stephen S. Romaine described the new dividend as 13.8% higher than the payment in the fourth quarter of 2025.

For the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2026, Tompkins had net income of $28.7 million, up 21% from a year earlier. Diluted earnings increased 21.2% to $2.00 per share.

The Ithaca, New York-based banking and financial services company trades on NYSE American under ticker TMP. The dividend is payable Nov. 13.
