United Parcel Service (UPS) is adding its Happy Returns service to TikTok Shop, giving shoppers a way to send back purchases without a box or shipping label as the holiday season approaches.

Shoppers can make returns at convenient locations, with processing and tracking available through the app. The service gives TikTok Shop sellers an existing way to handle returns instead of requiring them to build their own operations.

The integration also adds package volume to UPS’s network and can increase store foot traffic. The seller offering includes easier setup and fraud-prevention benefits.
