> Revenue rose 5.5% year over year to $603 million, and the Bitcoin holding was valued at $56.3 million on Sept. 30.

Alliance Resource Partners, L.P. posted a 46.8% increase in third-quarter 2026 net income and disclosed a 673 Bitcoin (BTC) holding valued at $56.3 million at quarter-end.

Net income attributable to the partnership was $139.6 million, up from $95.1 million in the same quarter a year earlier. Revenue rose 5.5% to $603 million from $571.4 million. Earnings per basic and diluted limited partner unit were $1.08, compared with $0.73.

The partnership operates coal businesses and coal and oil and gas royalty segments. Revenue growth reflected record oil and gas royalty revenue, higher coal sales volumes and increased other revenue. Lower coal sales prices per ton partly offset those gains.

Items contributing to the net income increase included a $16.5 million rise in the fair value of digital assets and a $6.3 million gain from remeasuring a previously held investment in AllDale III.

Adjusted EBITDA attributable to ARLP, a non-GAAP measure, rose 26.3% to $233.9 million. Higher coal segment results, the AllDale III and IV acquisition and increased income from equity-method investments contributed to the increase.

Joseph W. Craft III, the partnership’s chairman, president and CEO, said investments in operations over several years were translating into a “lower-cost, more reliable platform.”
