> The plan pairs an initial $35 billion public equity offering with a $60 billion at-the-market program.

Meta announced Monday it plans to raise $95 billion through stock offerings to finance investments in artificial intelligence infrastructure and superintelligence, expanding the capital available for its AI buildout.

The company plans to start with $35 billion in underwritten public equity offerings, then raise another $60 billion through an at-the-market program. Meta said Nvidia, AMD and Broadcom were interested in purchasing up to $5 billion in shares.

The planned investments include AI opportunities across Meta’s apps, its AI agent Muse and its data center business. The company plans to balance the spending with operating cash flow, investment-grade debt, partnerships and equity capital.

Meta’s 2026 capital spending forecast is $135 billion to $145 billion, after it raised the low end of the range from $130 billion. The company is building four “superclusters” with more than one gigawatt of capacity each and expects to nearly double its total infrastructure capacity in 2026 from the prior year.
