> Josh Jepsen’s 2026 offer also included a $1.525 million cash sign-on bonus and equity with a $10 million grant-date value.

Honeywell Aerospace CFO Josh Jepsen’s offer letter set annual target compensation at $6.4 million, combining a $1 million base salary, a target annual incentive of $1 million and a $4.4 million target annual long-term incentive. The target figure describes compensation opportunities, not pay Jepsen necessarily received.

The Jan. 16, 2026, letter also included a $1.525 million cash sign-on bonus and sign-on equity with a grant-date value of $10 million. Those sign-on awards were separate from the annual compensation terms.

Honeywell Aerospace completed its spinoff on June 29, 2026. The company began trading on Nasdaq under the ticker HONA.
