# Anthropic Had Raised $141.1 Billion by June 30 and Warns of Losses

Anthropic had raised $141.1 billion in capital by June 30, while warning revenue growth may slow, costs will rise over time and losses will continue.

Its net revenue retention rate was about 900% as of Sept. 30. The number of customers in the more-than-$100,000 annual revenue category topped 11,900, up from 950 a year earlier.

Under arrangements with SpaceXAI, Anthropic agreed to spend up to $120.5 billion in total through 2029.

The company warned that its growth rate may decline and that it may not achieve or maintain profitability. It does not expect to pay dividends in the foreseeable future.
