Anthropic disclosed it had agreed to spend as much as $120.5 billion under arrangements tied to SpaceXAI through 2029, detailing a multiyear commitment in its IPO filing.

The figure is a cumulative ceiling for the period, not an annual amount. Anthropic also said it does not expect to pay dividends in the foreseeable future.

The company said it plans to put substantial resources toward frontier AI safety. It warned that advanced AI systems could pose catastrophic or existential risks to humanity without appropriate regulation.
