# Forum Edge AI Signs $94.4 Million Fireworks Deal for 96 Servers

Forum Markets announced Monday that Forum Edge AI signed a 36-month agreement with Fireworks AI to reserve 96 enterprise servers at Edge Node’s Dallas data center, with a combined contract value of about $94.4 million.

The reservation provides Nvidia B300 GPU capacity, while the contract value includes fees for related CPU management nodes over the full term. Fireworks made a substantial prepayment deposit that will be credited against fees due under the agreement.

Forum Markets described the deal as Forum Edge AI’s first finalized contract. “This agreement is an important proof point for our AI infrastructure strategy,” said McAndrew Rudisill, chairman and CEO of Forum Markets.

Forum Markets and Edge Node formed Forum Edge AI on Oct. 2, 2026, with Forum Markets holding 51% and Edge Node holding 49%. The venture’s broader plan targets inference computing at sites with existing power and permits. Forum Markets expects the GPUs to be deployed at the Dallas facility in late December or early January.
