> The filing names ANT as the planned ticker and identifies Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley as lead underwriters.

AI firm Anthropic, PBC filed IPO registration papers on Oct. 26 to seek a public sale of Class A shares and a Nasdaq listing, but its stock cannot be sold until registration takes effect.

The planned venue is the Nasdaq Global Select Market, and the proposed ticker is ANT. The filing concerns an initial public offering of Class A common stock. The registration statement has not taken effect, so sales cannot start.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are named as lead underwriters. The firms are also listed as contacts for preliminary prospectus copies when those documents become available.

Anthropic submitted its plans to the SEC confidentially in June, then made the registration filing public Monday. Until registration takes effect, offers to buy cannot be accepted. The IPO will be presented through a prospectus, and the filing notice itself is not an offer to sell or a request to buy.
