# BNP Paribas Sees Copilot Adding to Microsoft Sales as Azure Grows

BNP Paribas expects Microsoft’s Azure cloud business to keep growing and Copilot to contribute to sales ahead of the company’s fiscal 2027 first-quarter results.

Microsoft is scheduled to report results after the market closes Oct. 28. The bank’s latest view puts its cloud business and Copilot in focus before the earnings report.

In its [earlier Azure projections](<https://www.tokenpost.com/news/business/32833>), BNP Paribas analyst Stefan Slowinski forecast 46% growth for fiscal Q1 and 49% in fiscal Q2. His Q1 estimate was one to two percentage points above Microsoft’s outlook range.
