# Citizens Community Bancorp Raises Quarterly Dividend 14% to $0.12

Citizens Community Bancorp raised its quarterly cash dividend 14% to $0.12 per share, setting a Nov. 20 payment date for eligible holders after the board approved the increase Oct. 22.

The new payout is up from $0.105 per share in the previous quarter. Shareholders of record Nov. 6 are scheduled to receive the dividend Nov. 20.

For the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2026, the company posted $5.4 million in net income and diluted earnings of $0.56 per share. Net income was $1.1 million in the second quarter and $3.7 million in the year-earlier quarter. Diluted earnings per share were $0.11 and $0.37 in those periods, respectively.
