Community Financial System, Inc. (NYSE: CBU) is expected to report third-quarter results before U.S. markets open Tuesday, Oct. 27, with consensus forecasts calling for higher earnings per share and revenue than a year earlier.

The consensus estimate is $1.19 per share in earnings, a 9.2% increase from the same quarter last year. Revenue is estimated at $227.15 million, up 9.7% year over year.

The results are scheduled for release before the market opens Tuesday.
