> Visa’s fiscal third-quarter value-added services revenue grew 33% year over year, while Mastercard’s comparable category rose 20% in its second quarter. Visa also gave an earnings-per-share outlook.

Visa is due to report fiscal fourth-quarter and full-year 2026 results Tuesday, with its latest services growth and July forecast giving investors a reference point for the payment network’s next update.

The results are scheduled for release after the U.S. market closes Oct. 27. Visa’s webcast is set for 5 p.m. ET (21:00 UTC). Mastercard’s third-quarter results are due Thursday, Oct. 29, followed by a conference call at 9 a.m. ET (13:00 UTC).

Visa’s fiscal third-quarter value-added services revenue reached $3.8 billion for the three months ended June 30, up from $2.8 billion a year earlier. The increase was 33%. Net revenue rose 14% to $11.633 billion over the same period.

Mastercard’s [second-quarter figures](<https://www.tokenpost.com/news/investing/34847>) offer a recent comparison. Its value-added services and solutions net revenue increased 20% year over year to $3.826 billion, or 18% on a currency-neutral basis. Total net revenue grew 14% to $9.277 billion.

The categories do not match exactly. Visa includes value-added services revenue within data processing, other and service revenue. Mastercard lists value-added services and solutions as a separate category, and the companies’ business mixes differ, so their growth rates are not directly comparable.

Visa’s July outlook put fiscal fourth-quarter net revenue growth near the top of a low-double-digit range and full-year growth near the bottom of a low-teens range, on a non-GAAP adjusted constant-dollar basis. For both periods, it projected diluted earnings per share growth near the bottom of a mid-teens range.

Mastercard’s second-quarter outlook projected third-quarter and full-year net revenue growth near the top of a low-double-digit range, measured on a currency-neutral basis and excluding inorganic activity. It also forecast third-quarter operating expense growth in the low-double-digit range using that basis. Its outlook provides revenue and expense benchmarks; Visa’s also includes an earnings-per-share forecast.

The next scheduled update comes Tuesday, when Visa releases its fiscal fourth-quarter and full-year results.
