> The proposed listing would feature Class A shares under ticker ANT. Anthropic disclosed more than $16 billion in first-half revenue and an $80 billion net loss.

Anthropic filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a Nasdaq initial public offering that could arrive by mid-November, putting the Claude maker’s first-half financial results in focus as it moves toward public markets.

In the Oct. 26 filing, Anthropic proposed listing Class A common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under ticker ANT. The document points to a possible mid-November debut. It identifies the share class and trading symbol for the proposed listing.

The company disclosed more than $16 billion in revenue for the first half of 2026, alongside an $80 billion net loss over the same period. At June 30, Anthropic held more than $112 billion in cash and cash equivalents, plus $19 billion in short-term investments.

Those first-half financial results cover the six months through June 30, the same date used for the company’s cash and investment snapshot. Founded in 2021 by many former executives of OpenAI, Anthropic is the company behind Claude, its AI assistant.
