Burnham Holdings, Inc. declared a $0.23 quarterly dividend for its Class A and Class B common shares, with payment scheduled for Dec. 10 to shareholders of record Dec. 3.

The board approved the dividend at its Thursday, Oct. 22, meeting. The payout matches the $0.23 per share declared in July.

The company also declared a semiannual preferred-stock dividend of $1.50 per share. It is payable Dec. 10 to shareholders of record Dec. 3.
