> The range covers the nine months through Sept. 30, not the third quarter alone. Xtend also named former U.S. Navy SEAL Captain Matt McGraw CEO of XTEND U.S.

Xtend AI Robotics, Inc. (NYSE: XTND) estimated revenue of $24.5 million to $26.5 million for the nine months ended Sept. 30, a range that exceeds its consolidated revenue for all of 2025.

The estimate covers January through September 2026, not the July-September quarter alone. Xtend did not provide a standalone third-quarter revenue figure. Its quarter-end close is incomplete, and the estimates have not been audited or reviewed. Final results may differ.

Xtend estimated AI Robotics revenue at $23 million to $24 million and Construction revenue at $1.5 million to $2.5 million for the nine-month period. The Construction estimate includes JFB results from its Sept. 3 acquisition through Sept. 30.

The company put AI Robotics backlog at approximately $84 million as of Sept. 30. The company’s businesses span XTEND Reality Expansion Ltd.’s software and robotic hardware work and JFB Construction Holdings’ commercial and residential construction and development.

Xtend named former U.S. Navy SEAL Captain Matt McGraw CEO of XTEND U.S. He will lead U.S. sales, production and delivery. The company expects to report full third-quarter results Nov. 16.
