# Amkor Misses Q3 Estimates, Guides for Up to $2 Billion in Q4 Net Sales

Amkor Technology, Inc. posted $1.99 billion in third-quarter revenue, flat from a year earlier, and GAAP earnings of $0.76 per share. Both figures fell short of consensus estimates.

Revenue was $50 million below consensus, while earnings per share missed by $0.03. For the fourth quarter of 2026, Amkor forecast net sales of $1.9 billion to $2 billion, compared with a $2.04 billion consensus estimate.

The company projected a fourth-quarter gross margin of 18% to 19% and net income of $160 million to $185 million. Its diluted earnings per share guidance is $0.65 to $0.75, below the $0.77 consensus estimate.

Amkor also updated its full-year 2026 capital expenditure estimate to approximately $2.5 billion.
