For its fiscal 2026 fourth quarter, PriceSmart, Inc. recorded higher revenue and adjusted EBITDA, but GAAP earnings per share came in $0.01 below estimates, leaving its quarterly results split between growth and an earnings miss.

Revenue reached $1.52 billion, up 14.3% from a year earlier and $10 million above estimates. GAAP earnings per share (EPS) was $1.21, $0.01 below estimates.

Adjusted EBITDA reached $83.5 million for the quarter, compared with $75.5 million a year earlier.
