> Third-quarter revenue rose 2.7% year over year. More than $20 million in third-party STEM deliveries shifted to the fourth quarter, with the delayed sales expected then.

Custom Truck One Source, Inc. raised its 2026 Adjusted EBITDA and Specialty Equipment Rentals revenue outlook after third-quarter revenue grew 2.7%, while more than $20 million in third-party STEM deliveries shifted into the fourth quarter.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2026, was $495.224 million, compared with $482.058 million in the same period a year earlier. The increase was $13.166 million.

The company recorded net income of $2.305 million, versus a net loss of $5.756 million in the third quarter of 2025. Basic and diluted GAAP earnings per share were each $0.01.

Adjusted EBITDA, a non-GAAP measure, rose 15.6% to $110.942 million. Rental revenue increased 20.1% to $152.696 million. Chief Executive Officer Ryan McMonagle said the Specialty Equipment Rentals segment continued to benefit from strong demand in the utility market.

Custom Truck One Source lifted its full-year Adjusted EBITDA guidance to $447.5 million to $460 million, from a prior range of $437.5 million to $455 million. Its revenue outlook for the Specialty Equipment Rentals segment rose to $870 million to $890 million, compared with the previous range of $850 million to $875 million.

A vendor warranty recall and hail damage at the company’s Kansas City location delayed more than $20 million in third-party deliveries from its Specialty Truck Equipment and Manufacturing (STEM) segment. Those deliveries shifted into the fourth quarter, and the company expects the related sales to be completed then.

The company also raised its 2026 net rental fleet investment outlook to $210 million to $230 million. It now expects slightly positive levered free cash flow for the year, compared with its prior guidance of more than $50 million.

Custom Truck One Source rents and sells specialty equipment for electric utilities, telecommunications, rail, forestry, waste management and other infrastructure markets. Its reporting segments include Specialty Equipment Rentals and STEM.
