The board of Materion Corporation (NYSE: MTRN) declared a fourth-quarter 2026 cash dividend of $0.145 per common share, keeping the payout at its third-quarter level.

Payment is scheduled for Dec. 4, 2026, for shareholders of record at close of business Nov. 19.

Materion raised its quarterly dividend by $0.005 to $0.145 in May. The increase marked the company’s 14th consecutive year of dividend increases.
