> Third-quarter revenue climbed 83% to $5.83 billion, while shares reached $288.07 in extended trading after the Oct. 26 release.

Celestica set an initial 2027 revenue outlook of $40 billion after quarterly revenue rose 83%, laying out a growth target its CEO tied to demand from hyperscalers and frontier AI labs.

Shares reached $288.07 in extended trading at 7:59 p.m. ET Monday, Oct. 26 (23:59 UTC), after the earnings release.

Third-quarter revenue increased to $5.83 billion from $3.19 billion a year earlier. Adjusted earnings per share, a non-GAAP measure, rose to $3.30 from $1.58. Both results exceeded the high end of the company’s guidance.

Before the release, Celestica had projected quarterly revenue of $5.25 billion to $5.55 billion and adjusted earnings of $2.88 to $3.08 per share in its quarterly outlook.

The 2027 outlook also includes adjusted earnings of $21.50 per share, a 9% adjusted operating margin and capital expenditures of $1.5 billion to $2 billion. Celestica said the revenue target implies 90% growth.

“The demand environment continues to be very robust, supporting our 2027 revenue outlook, with customer demand forecasts meaningfully higher for 2028,” CEO Rob Mionis said.

Celestica raised its 2026 revenue outlook to $21 billion from $20.5 billion and its adjusted earnings forecast to $11.55 per share from $11.30. It lowered its free cash flow outlook to $460 million from $600 million, citing working capital investment to support growth in 2027.

The Connectivity & Cloud Solutions segment generated $4.87 billion in third-quarter revenue, up 102% from a year earlier. Its end markets include Networking and Compute & Storage. Celestica did not separately quantify revenue from AI-related work.

The company said it could not reconcile its forward-looking adjusted earnings and margin targets with generally accepted accounting principles without unreasonable effort because future excluded items are uncertain.
