> The authorization runs through Dec. 31, 2028. Purchases are expected on the open market, with timing and amounts subject to cost and market conditions.

Arlo Technologies’ board approved a common-stock repurchase authorization of up to $100 million, giving the company a potential way to return capital while leaving purchase timing and volume subject to market conditions.

The plan caps potential spending at $100 million but does not commit Arlo to buy stock. Arlo did not specify a share count or disclose any spending under the new program. The board may extend or shorten the program’s term.

Arlo expects purchases to take place on the open market under Rule 10b-18 of the Securities Exchange Act. Their timing and amounts will depend on economic cost and market conditions, including the company’s share price and trading volume.

“The authorization of a new stock repurchase program of this magnitude reflects our board and management’s belief that our shares are undervalued relative to the company’s long-term value,” said Matthew McRae, CEO of Arlo Technologies.

Arlo’s earlier $50 million authorization was approved Feb. 3, 2026, and was expected to run through Dec. 31, 2027, unless the board changed its term. During the six months ended June 28, 2026, Arlo repurchased 2.3 million shares for $29.9 million. The earlier program had $20.1 million remaining as of June 28.

The new authorization is set to run through Dec. 31, 2028, unless the board extends or shortens it.
