> Third-quarter Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA rose $17.8 million year over year to $76.9 million. SunCoke also forecast $270 million to $285 million in full-year operating cash flow.

SunCoke Energy reported diluted GAAP earnings of $0.25 per share and $485.9 million in revenue for the third quarter of 2026, while forecasting its full-year Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA to finish slightly above the $265 million ceiling of its outlook.

The company makes coke for steel blast furnaces and runs industrial services for logistics terminals and steel mills. The quarter ended Sept. 30.

Net income attributable to SunCoke was $21.8 million, down from $22.2 million a year earlier. Total net income was $23.8 million in both periods. Revenue fell $1.1 million from $487 million in the third quarter of 2025.

Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA, a non-GAAP measure, increased to $76.9 million from $59.1 million a year earlier. Higher terminal volumes and an additional month of Phoenix results contributed to the increase, along with sales mix and coal-to-coke yields. Lower coke volumes after the Haverhill I shutdown partly offset those gains.

CEO Katherine Gates said, “We are extremely pleased with the strong performance from our Industrial Services and Domestic Coke businesses in the third quarter.” SunCoke treats Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA as a supplement to measures such as revenue and net income.

SunCoke now forecasts full-year 2026 Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA a little above $265 million, the top of its previous range. In July, SunCoke set that range without projecting that it would surpass the upper end. Its full-year outlook also calls for operating cash flow of $270 million to $285 million and capital expenditures of $90 million to $100 million.
