> Adjusted diluted EPS, a non-GAAP measure, was $2.12. The quarter included two months of activity from Signature Bancorporation.

Esquire Financial Holdings’ third-quarter revenue rose 63% year over year to $61.391 million, with results reflecting two months of activity from Signature Bancorporation after its Aug. 1 acquisition.

Revenue for the three months ended Sept. 30 was up from $37.572 million in the year-earlier quarter. Those prior-period results reflect Esquire’s business before the merger. The company completed its acquisition of Signature effective Aug. 1, 2026.

GAAP net income reached $17.482 million, compared with $14.057 million a year earlier. Diluted earnings per share were $1.57, down from $1.62 in the year-earlier quarter. Adjusted net income, a non-GAAP measure, was $23.619 million, and adjusted diluted EPS was $2.12.

The adjusted-results reconciliation added back $8.887 million in pretax merger expenses. It also deducted $938,000 in discrete tax benefits related to share-based compensation and reflected a $1.812 million tax effect.

Net interest income increased 70.6% year over year to $53.506 million. Net interest margin was 5.74%, down 30 basis points from a year earlier. Noninterest income totaled $7.885 million.

The acquired business added assets with a fair value of $1.90 billion. Signature’s loans had a fair value of $1.36 billion, while deposits had a fair value of $1.65 billion.

Esquire’s payment platform processed $10.5 billion across 152.2 million credit and debit card transactions during the quarter, covering all 50 states. Vice Chairman, CEO and President Andrew C. Sagliocca said, “This transformational merger enhances our operating profile, expands our resources, and diversifies our balance sheet.”
