> SkyAI separately sold two million Solana (SOL) at an average price of $107. The tender offer is capped at $201.26 million and is scheduled to expire Oct. 29.

SkyAI and Bastion Trading agreed on terms for a $3-per-share buyback, ending Bastion’s opposition to the offer.

Bastion had sought a price of at least $3.50 per share and asked to let holders include all prepaid funding warrants, up from the offer’s 95% limit. [Bastion’s earlier objections to the offer](<https://www.tokenpost.com/news/business/37253>) included demands for better terms for shareholders and warrant holders. The offer sets a $3 price per share or warrant, covers up to 95% of each class and is capped at $201.26 million. The offer also covers up to 3,955,293 strategic warrants; some have a $0.0001 exercise-price deduction. The offer began Oct. 16 and is scheduled to expire Oct. 29.

Separately, SkyAI sold two million Solana (SOL) at an average price of $107 per token. The company operates in the Solana ecosystem and focuses on treasury management.
