> Foxconn’s initial share of NVIDIA’s Vera Rubin orders is expected at 40% to 45%. The potential NVL72 rack market is estimated at 96,000 units in 2027.

Foxconn could take as much as half of NVIDIA’s Vera Rubin server orders, giving the Taiwanese manufacturer a potentially large role in AI infrastructure supply.

Foxconn’s initial share is expected at 40% to 45%, despite full orders and tight capacity. The potential increase is tied to a shift in SpaceX’s AI server purchases toward direct supply from original design manufacturers (ODMs), which design and build hardware for customers.

SpaceX is expected to be the largest buyer of VR200 systems in 2027. The potential market for NVIDIA NVL72 racks is estimated at 73,000 units in 2026 and 96,000 in 2027. Vera Rubin’s first-pass yield has topped 85% and is expected to improve further in the first quarter of 2027.

Foxconn subsidiary 鴻佰科技 became a global partner of NVIDIA DSX Pod, a modular AI factory effort built around Vera Rubin. Global deliveries are expected to begin in early 2027. Factory preassembly and modular design could shorten rack deployment from six months to as little as 14 days.

Foxconn announced capital increases totaling $1.203 billion for three subsidiaries. Rotating CEO 蔣集恆 said customer demand for AI computing would remain strong in 2027 and the company would continue increasing capital spending. The expansion spans Taiwan, the United States, Mexico and Vietnam, including additional research and manufacturing capabilities in Texas, Wisconsin, Ohio and California.

Vera Rubin NVL72 systems have also entered production for cloud customers through CoreWeave’s [production rollout of the platform](<https://www.tokenpost.com/news/technology/25883>). A single rack is configured with 72 Rubin GPUs and 36 Vera CPUs.
