> Revenue rose 1% to €37.6 billion, while adjusted operating income climbed 184% to €256 million.

Stellantis kept its 2027 target for positive industrial free cash flow after the measure remained negative by €4 billion in Q3 2026, while revenue and adjusted operating income increased year over year.

Revenue totaled €37.6 billion, up 1% from the same quarter a year earlier. Adjusted operating income reached €256 million, compared with €90 million in Q3 2025, a 184% increase. Industrial free cash flow was negative €4 billion, compared with negative €4.3 billion a year earlier.

The shortfall narrowed by about €300 million, but the measure remained below zero. Revenue and adjusted operating income both increased as industrial free cash flow improved, though it did not reach the positive level Stellantis is targeting. The company retained 2027 as its goal for positive industrial free cash flow.

That objective is part of FaSTLAne 2030, a five-year strategic plan valued at €60 billion. Stellantis set out the five-year plan in May with a goal of achieving positive industrial free cash flow by 2027. The plan includes €36 billion of investment in Stellantis’ automotive brands, with 60% directed to North America.

The plan also includes introducing new vehicles, refreshing existing models and adding new technologies to products. Stellantis is pursuing those steps as part of the same long-term effort tied to its 2027 industrial free cash flow target.

Stellantis CEO Antonio Filosa said the company launched new products during the quarter, accelerated partnerships as planned and made meaningful improvements in manufacturing and quality. He described these efforts as early progress in executing FaSTLAne 2030.

The Q3 figures leave the company with negative industrial free cash flow despite year-over-year improvement. Its next stated milestone is the target of positive industrial free cash flow in 2027.
