> At that hypothetical valuation, the seven founders would hold about 1.69 billion shares. Anthropic has not disclosed an IPO price or the post-offering share total.

A hypothetical $2 trillion initial public offering would value Anthropic’s seven co-founders’ combined stake at as much as $203 billion, based on estimates of their holdings in the company’s IPO filing.

Each founder is estimated to hold about 231 million to 244 million shares. Together, that is roughly 1.69 billion shares, or about 10% of the 16.9 billion fully diluted shares implied by the filing. At a $2 trillion valuation, the individual stakes would be worth about $27 billion to $29 billion, or $189 billion to $203 billion combined.

The $2 trillion figure is a hypothetical scenario and does not appear in the prospectus. Anthropic has not disclosed the IPO price or the total shares outstanding after the offering. The 16.9 billion figure is an implied diluted share base, not a disclosed post-offering total.

At the latest private financing price of $58.90 per share, the estimated stakes would be worth about $13.6 billion to $14.4 billion apiece, using the rounded share-count range. The founders’ individual holdings would each represent about 1.4% of the implied diluted share base.

All seven founders appear on the prospectus’s list of selling stockholders, but it does not specify how many shares each plans to sell. A separate [staggered resale schedule](<https://www.tokenpost.com/news/business/41488>) could make up to 29% of their locked-up shares eligible for sale at the earlier of 180 days after the IPO or the second full trading day after first-quarter 2027 results. Restrictions on remaining holdings are scheduled to end at the earlier of the second full trading day after third-quarter 2027 results or 365 days after the IPO.

The founders’ estimated equity stakes are also subject to their [philanthropy pledges](<https://www.tokenpost.com/news/business/41450>). Each pledged 80% of personal Anthropic equity to philanthropy, but the commitments are voluntary and revocable and do not cover their personal assets generally.

The planned share structure would give the seven founders 50.1% of voting rights. A long-term public-benefit trust made up of nonshareholders would be able to appoint and remove a majority of the board, separating voting control from the founders’ estimated share of the company’s economic value.
