Dana Incorporated (DAN) posted higher third-quarter revenue and updated its fiscal 2026 outlook, while non-GAAP earnings per share fell short of analyst estimates for the quarter.

Revenue reached $2.04 billion, up 6.3% from a year earlier and $70 million above estimates. Non-GAAP earnings per share came in at $0.41, missing estimates by $0.28.

Operating cash flow totaled $102 million in the third quarter, compared with $111 million in the year-earlier period.
