Stepan Company posted third-quarter net sales of $692.154 million, up 17% from a year earlier, while adjusted earnings per diluted share came to $0.94 for its latest quarterly results.

Net sales compared with $590.284 million in the third quarter of 2025. The company reported adjusted earnings per diluted share, a non-GAAP measure, of $0.94. GAAP diluted earnings per share were $0.78.

EBITDA totaled $57.5 million, compared with $56.1 million a year earlier. Adjusted EBITDA was $66.3 million, an 18% increase from the prior-year quarter.
