> Serious delinquency rates for single-family and multifamily loans rose to 0.62% in Q3.

Fannie Mae’s net revenues rose to $7.651 billion in the third quarter from $7.307 billion a year earlier, while net interest income grew as average balances in its retained mortgage portfolio increased.

Net interest income exceeded analyst estimates.

Comprehensive income declined, largely because of an unrealized loss on available-for-sale U.S. Treasury securities.

The provision for credit losses increased.

Serious delinquency rates for both single-family and multifamily loans rose to 0.62% in Q3.
