> The company narrowed its 2026 adjusted EBITDA outlook to $510 million-$550 million while keeping the midpoint unchanged. Third-quarter revenue rose 2% to $1.7 billion.

Parsons Chair, President and CEO Carey Smith said the company expects a 20% to 30% increase in what she called its “overall products” as it moves into 2027, while narrowing its 2026 financial outlook.

On the company’s Oct. 28 earnings call, Smith cited a 2026 base of $350 million for products and related services. Parsons has not issued formal guidance for 2027. Smith said the company expects to provide its full-year outlook on its fourth-quarter earnings call in February 2027.

Parsons now projects fiscal 2026 adjusted EBITDA, including noncontrolling interests, of $510 million to $550 million, compared with its previous $500 million to $560 million range. Its revenue range moved to $6.25 billion-$6.45 billion from $6.20 billion-$6.50 billion. The operating cash flow outlook remains $430 million-$490 million.

The revenue midpoint remains $6.35 billion, and the adjusted EBITDA midpoint remains $530 million. The revenue range narrowed from $300 million to $200 million wide, while the EBITDA range contracted from $60 million to $40 million.

For the quarter ended Sept. 30, Parsons generated $1.7 billion in revenue, up 2% from a year earlier. Adjusted EBITDA including noncontrolling interests rose 6% to $168 million, and the adjusted EBITDA margin reached a record 10.2%.

Parsons reports through its Federal Solutions and Critical Infrastructure segments. Third-quarter bookings across both accompanied a 1.1x book-to-bill ratio and a record $9.4 billion total backlog, including $6.8 billion in funded backlog.

The company also raised the ceiling on its five-year, sole-source Other Transaction Agreement with U.S. Cyber Command to $750 million. Full-rate production of the Joint Cyber Hunt Kit has begun, and bookings under the agreement totaled $250 million.
