Patterson-UTI Energy, Inc. posted $1.34 billion in third-quarter 2026 revenue, up 14.1% year over year, while declaring a $0.10 quarterly dividend and issuing a fourth-quarter outlook.

Revenue was $1.176 billion in the third quarter of 2025. GAAP earnings per share were 7 cents, and adjusted EBITDA was $264 million.

The dividend is payable Dec. 15, 2026.
