Climb Global Solutions posted third-quarter net sales of $220.3 million, up 37% from a year earlier. Adjusted diluted earnings per share were $0.43, and adjusted net income was $8.0 million.

Net income rose 69% to $7.9 million. Adjusted EBITDA increased 35% to $14.7 million.

Gross billings grew 40% to $706.4 million. The measure reflects customer purchase volume, including some amounts that are not recognized as revenue.

Climb, an IT distribution and solutions company operating in the United States, Canada and Europe, scheduled a call to discuss the results for 8:30 a.m. ET Thursday, Oct. 29 (12:30 p.m. UTC).
