Forestar Group Inc. posted fourth-quarter revenue of $580.8 million, down 13.4% from a year earlier and $22.29 million below estimates. GAAP earnings were $1.15 per share, missing estimates by $0.10.

For fiscal 2027, Forestar forecast revenue of $1.4 billion to $1.5 billion. Its outlook also calls for delivery of 12,000 to 13,000 residential lots.
