PHINIA Inc. posted mixed third-quarter results Thursday, with non-GAAP earnings per share beating estimates and revenue missing them as adjusted EBITDA rose $2 million to $135 million during the quarter.

Non-GAAP earnings were $1.83 per share, 15 cents above estimates. Revenue reached $912 million, up 0.4% from a year earlier but $16.21 million below estimates.

The adjusted EBITDA margin was 14.8%, up 20 basis points. PHINIA also updated its fiscal 2026 outlook.
