Instacart’s third-quarter revenue increased 17% year over year to $1.095 billion, while diluted GAAP earnings per share were $0.60 for the period ended Sept. 30, 2026.

Gross transaction value (GTV) totaled $10.528 billion, up 15% from a year earlier. Orders reached 91.4 million, a 10% increase.

Transaction revenue rose 14% year over year to $764 million.
