# Enerflex Raises Quarterly Dividend About 17% to US$0.035 Per Share

Enerflex Ltd. (NYSE: EFXT) raised its quarterly dividend about 17% to US$0.035 per common share, setting a higher payout and moving quarterly dividend declarations to U.S. dollars.

The new dividend is payable Nov. 25 to shareholders of record Nov. 12. Enerflex’s previous listed quarterly dividend was C$0.0425 per share.

The board chose to declare the company’s quarterly dividends in U.S. dollars. Enerflex had $102 million in free cash flow for the three months ended Sept. 30. The company provides modular technology solutions for natural gas, power and treated water.

“Reflecting confidence in our business and outlook, the Board has approved an increase of approximately 17% to Enerflex’s quarterly dividend,” said Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Preet Dhindsa.
