# Alnylam Q3 Revenue Rises 17% to $1.46 Billion as Net Product Revenue Jumps 52%

Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, Inc. recorded $1.458 billion in revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30, a 17% increase from a year earlier. Net product revenue climbed 52% to $1.292 billion, while diluted non-GAAP earnings per share reached $16.26.

The quarter included a $1.9 billion income tax benefit, primarily tied to the release of valuation allowances on certain U.S. federal and state deferred tax assets. GAAP net income was $2.167 billion, compared with $292.7 million in the year-earlier quarter.

Alnylam reaffirmed its 2026 forecast for total net product revenue of $4.7 billion to $5.1 billion. The outlook includes $4.2 billion to $4.5 billion in total TTR net product revenue.
