> Three firms raised targets and two cut theirs. ServiceNow forecast fourth-quarter cRPO growth of 18.5% in constant currency.

ServiceNow received mixed price-target changes from five firms on Oct. 29, a day after reporting third-quarter results. Revenue rose 20.5% from a year earlier, while the company forecast fourth-quarter cRPO growth of 18.5%, below the third quarter’s 21%.

Baird raised its target to $185 from $125. JPMorgan raised its target to $160 from $150, and Evercore ISI lifted its to $175 from $160. Truist Securities cut its target to $150 from $180, while RBC lowered its to $165 from $176. Three firms raised targets and two lowered them, leaving no uniform direction across the five calls.

The quarter ended Sept. 30. ServiceNow reported total revenue of $4.106 billion. Subscription revenue, a separate measure, reached $3.988 billion, up 21% year over year, or 20.5% in constant currency. The company announced the results on Oct. 28.

Current remaining performance obligations, or cRPO, measure contracted revenue expected to be recognized over the next 12 months. ServiceNow had $13.65 billion in cRPO at quarter-end, up 21% in constant currency. It forecast fourth-quarter cRPO growth of 18.5% on the same basis.

The fourth-quarter forecast is below the third-quarter increase. ServiceNow had set a 20% constant-currency cRPO growth target for Q3 when it issued its Q2 results, then reported 21% growth for the quarter. The [Q3 cRPO guidance issued with Q2 results](<https://www.tokenpost.com/news/business/42246>) provides context for the later reported figure. The 18.5% figure is a forecast, while 21% is the reported Q3 growth rate.

ServiceNow also raised its 2026 artificial intelligence annual contract value target to $1.7 billion, 70% above its target at the start of the year. The company had said its AI business surpassed $1 billion in annual contract value during Q2. President and CFO Gina Mastantuono said AI net new annual contract value was “exceeding expectations.”
